Women Survivors of Sexual Trauma Process Group

This group is a safe, supportive, and confidential space for female adult survivors of sexual trauma to come together, connect, and heal through shared experience. This open-ended process group is grounded in trauma-informed care and guided by the belief that healing happens in relationship—with ourselves, with our bodies, and with others who truly understand.

Whether you're newly beginning your journey or have been doing this work for years, you are welcome here. In this group, we explore themes like safety, trust, boundaries, shame, grief, empowerment, and reclaiming voice and identity—at your own pace, and always with choice.

The group is intentionally small to foster connection and create a consistent, nurturing environment. Members are encouraged to bring their truth—however it looks that day—and to support one another with compassion and respect. No one has to go through this alone.

Goals of the Group:

  • Create a sense of community and connection

  • Decrease isolation and shame

  • Build emotional regulation and grounding skills

  • Explore the impact of trauma in a safe space

  • Support empowerment and post-traumatic growth
